Delve into the world of healing imagery and discover its powerful interventions designed to promote optimal health and wellbeing. This course offers hands-on experience with a diverse array of imagery techniques, guiding you in developing your own interventions. Instructional strategies include experiential activities, thought-provoking online discussions, enriching readings, engaging lectures, and personalized learning experiences. Students will gain skills to enhance their personal and professional lives. Clinicians will learn techniques they can apply in clinical practice. Performers will acquire skills for enhancing arts and athletic performances. These techniques can be used to manage various life stressors and minor clinical conditions. prereq: Jr or Sr or Grad, or instructor consent
